It was a wonderful evening of guest singing, not least from the Groom Iain (in kilt) and Bride Lindsay (in black dress) pictured below. Lindsay and Iain splendidly kicked of the evening singing their 1st dance with us, ‘Temptation’ by Heaven 17.
Guest slots included:
I Just Wanna Make Love to You - Etta James
California Dreaming - Mamas and Papas
I saw her standing there - Beatles
Whiskey in the jar - Thin Lizzy
You shook me all night long - AC/DC
Baby one more time - Britney Spears
Dancing in the street - Bowie and Jagger
Goldeneye (James Bond) - Tina Turner
Special note for our keyboard player Ben, who had is work cut out with ‘Temptation’, as ever, 80s tracks have lots of synths and keyboards. And also for Goldeneye, with it’s layers of strings.
“The Bandeoke Experience did an amazing job… The band were great fun, really encouraging to our guests and super tight. Would absolutely recommend them.”
Hey guys,
We just got back from our honeymoon and wanted to say how amazing the bandeoke was last Saturday. Our friends really loved it and we had loads of people signing up who we would never have guessed would be into it. You guys also did a fantastic job of adapting to when we and our guests accidentally "improvised" a little with the song structures - really impressive.
