A long-awaited 40th, finally delivered
This one had history. Michael originally booked us pre-pandemic, then had to postpone (twice) through lockdowns and the mad scramble of rescheduling. By summer 2022 it felt less like “just another party” and more like a proper finish line — a chance for everyone to reconnect, sing their hearts out, and celebrate a big life milestone the way it was meant to be celebrated 🙌
And the setup? Pure summer magic: we played outside on Michael’s patio, open-air, warm evening energy, and that brilliant “everyone’s in it together” vibe you only get outdoors 🌿✨ Smooth load-in, easy run, great fun for kids and adults alike… and a very happy birthday man at the centre of it all.
It’s gigs like this that remind us why we do what we do — turning a tough few years into one brilliant, shared memory.

“My review is about more than one great party, my review spans the last 3 years!
I booked The Bandeoke Experience pre pandemic with the plan to have my 40th birthday summer 2021. Unfortunately due to extended lockdowns then trying to organise availability for both bands I had booked the cater etc we had to postpone the party twice. I was tired of set backs that were out of all our control so I postponed the party to summer 2022.
Ross who manages/organises the band was fantastic throughout, supportive and understanding of the situation and happy to help as much as he could, in which was was probably an incredibly difficult time for the band.
Fast forward to summer 2022, the party finally goes ahead and the band were awesome!
Great musicians, very patient with the children, very patient with the adults! They were a really cool bunch of guys, relaxed no egos and did everything they could to accommodate our requests! I like to think they enjoyed it as much as we did???
